GREAT EASTERN HOTEL AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT, MUMBAI

Featured in Architectural Record and World Architecture News, this luxury destination interweaves its textile mill site history within its dynamic form and sweeping iconic tower with gardens in the sky on Mumbai skyline. Green and water elements seamlessly flow into the woven volumes and surfaces to create unique multilevel public spaces for visitors to enjoy.

DUPLEX PENTHOUSE, TOREN TOWER 150 MYRTLE AVENUE, BROOKLYN, NYC

The Penthouse with a breathtaking view of Manhattan cityscape, embodies curated luxury and custom designed lifestyle for its owner. Merging functionality and style in its vision, materiality and details, we created a “home” that is timeless and sophisticated.

FICUS FINE LIVING STORES AND BRANDING, INDIA AND MIDDLE EAST

We designed this lifestyle brand and its stores to embody “Fine Living” for custom lifestyles. Our multidisciplinary design approach innovatively integrates the spatial experience, materiality, display systems, wallpapers, screens, furniture and graphics to unfold the experience of the brand narrative -creating the ideal “home” for its clients.

A reflective and modern sanctuary in a busy city, with its spaces shaped by light, movement and materiality that invigorates the mind of every visitor. We are honored for this project to be featured in international design publications Architectural Record, ENR and Perspectivas de arquitectura.

HOUSE ON AN ORCHARD, MUMBAI

The farm house embraces the existing trees and celebrates them by creating intimate courtyards and terraces around them which seamlessly connect the interior spaces to the outside. Light, nature and materiality shape the spaces and heighten the experience of a sanctuary “home” away from the busy city.
